Top Choice Dumpsters provides roll-off container rentals for a variety of waste removal needs. The company offers residential dumpster service for home cleanouts, renovations and landscaping, as well as commercial dumpster service for office cleanouts, retail store projects and construction sites. Available container sizes include 10-yard, 15-yard and 22-yard bins, with larger 30-yard and 44-yard units available upon request. Each bin comes with a set rental period of either three or seven days and includes two tons of weight allowance. Customers can extend the rental by paying per-day fees or add extra weight at a per-ton rate. Additional charges apply for overfilled bins, bin relocation, and for each tire or hazardous item found inside. The company does not accept concrete, bricks, blocks, dirt, tires or hazardous materials. All containers are roll-off style and are delivered and picked up by the company’s trucks. Waste is hauled to a partner landfill where recycling and responsible disposal are pursued.

Top Choice Dumpsters serves Fort Wayne, Indiana and the surrounding communities within Allen County. The service area specifically includes the towns of Roanoke, Auburn, Garrett, LaOtto, Huntertown and Leo-Cedarville. Customers are advised to place their orders at least twenty-four hours in advance to guarantee timely delivery. Once a bin is on site, the company will pick it up within twenty-four to forty-eight hours after a pickup request, or at the end of the agreed rental period if no earlier call is made.

To rent a dumpster from Top Choice Dumpsters, customers can either submit an online request through the company’s website or call the provided phone number for an instant quote. After selecting a container size and rental length, the order is scheduled and a delivery date is confirmed. The bin is delivered to the specified location on the agreed day. During the rental period, the customer fills the container with allowed waste. If the rental needs to be extended beyond the original three- or seven-day term, additional days can be added at a daily rate. Likewise, if the weight exceeds the included two-ton allowance, extra weight can be purchased per ton. Should the bin be overfilled, a trip charge is applied, and if the bin must be moved to a new spot, a relocation fee is assessed. Each tire or hazardous item discovered inside incurs a separate fee. When the customer is ready for pickup, they notify the company and the bin is collected within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, or automatically at the end of the rental period if no pickup request is made. All transactions are handled as single-event charges, and any further emptying would require a new order.

Top Choice Dumpsters serves homeowners, business owners, property managers and contractors.
