That idea was to provide both a temporary and permanent storage solution for the booming real estate market around Columbia, South Carolina. Steadily the market for BIG RED BOX grew into areas for commercial storage as well as temporary storage for students at the local universities. With business growing and a continuing boom in real estate development, roll-off containers were quickly added to the list of services at BIG RED BOX. Now, after being in operation for more than 4 years, BIG RED BOX stores over 250 mobile storage units within the walls of their Columbia, SC warehouse, and has more than 160 roll-off containers located at development and commercial sites throughout the midlands.
